Sono stato con mia moglie in questo hotel dopo tanti tentativi. Hotel fantastico. Pulitissimo, centrale, discreto. Tutto é curato nei particolari. Abbiamo passato due giorni fantastici. Grazie ai consigli di Giampiero. Sempre discreto ma utilissimo. Ti consiglia il meglio con discrezione. Mai invadente. Sempre attento e preciso.
Un posto da consigliare sempre e una esperienza da ripetere al più presto. Mentre scrivo ho mia moglie nelle orecchie che vorrebbe che lo elogiassi molto, ma molto di più. Credete mi se é contenta lei potete stare tranquilli

"Fantastic experience and would definitely come back."

I had a fantastic experience here. The hotel was clean and perfectly located right near the main town area, but set back a little, so there wasn't much noise either. It might be the best value on Capri. The staff was more than helpful in making arrangements for returning to the mainland, and they recommended several great restaurants nearby. If I return to Capri, I will definitely stay here.

"Service and Quality"

The owner of the facility was extremely friendly and went out of his way to make our visit memorable. We have stayed in Capri in the past and this was the best hotel and service we have received. The quality and cleanliness of the facility and personnel were excellent. The price was very competitive. The hotel is a hidden gem, very quite and just off the main square.

"Gentilezza e tranquillità"

Fine settimana all'insegna della tranquillità e della cortesia all'Hotel San Felice, allestito con classe e sobrietà. Il personale ci ha fatto sentire sempre coccolati dalla colazione fino al rientro serale. I marmi, le maioliche ed il fine arredamento ci hanno fatto vivere un'atmosfera d'altri tempi. Peccato che il nostro piccolo bambino si sia ammalato (soffiava una bella tramontana) ma siamo stati confortati ed aiutati anche in questa situazione d'emergenza da tutto lo staff (adorabile il facchino Antonio!). Sono certo che ci rivedremo presto per apprezzare la bella piscina con un clima più favorevole.

La posizione dell'hotel è favorevolissima, a due passi dalla centralissima piazzetta. Il personale gentilissimo (alla reception ti accoglie Giampiero, che ti segue con garbata sollecitudine ed è prodigo di buoni consigli). Camere confortevoli e ben pulite.

"Great location, bargain off-season"

We booked directly on the hotel website on the morning of the arrival, got a really good rate on a weekday in mid April. The location is really good near central Capri. The hotel is clean, nice interior even a bit of luxury with well kept white walls in traditional style, old grand piano in the lobby and a marble staircase. Free wifi worked well, also registration was very fast. Breakfast was good, buffet with rolls, croissants, yogurt, fruit, cheese, ham, coffee, juice, egg. Pool we did not test, but it looked nice. Not allowed for kids in the afternoon. Our standard room was pretty spacious with own balcony, but unfortunately the view to the next buildings back wall, bathroom with a bath. Good experience, well worth it at least during low season.
