"Un excelente lugar de descanso" Recensito il 6 settembre 2013 Estuvimos 3 dias en capri, y puedo decir que es un hotel muy bien ubicado, solo a pasos de la "piazzeta" centro de reunión de la isla, con excelente atencion de todo el pesonal, en particular de gerente Gianpietro y de la persona a cargo de la limpieza de nuestra habitación (Rosa). Las habitaciones son espaciosas, el ambiente general del hotel es muy agradable y una pisina que invita a pasar las horas de descanso. El desayuno era el esperado y correcto en sus opciones. "What a very special place" Recensito il 3 settembre 2013 NOVITÀ This family owned hotel has it all - close to the centre but an oasis of calm and peace. The sweeping marble staircase, tiled floors and tranquil color scheme make one feel instantly refreshed. Despite being busy mid August all the staff were friendly and helpful but the service we had from giampiero, the hotel manager, was outstanding.Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. "Yes, lovely hotel" Recensito il 3 settembre 2013 It's a beautiful place at a good price. Quite elegant overall. The grounds are very lovely as well as the lobby & building. Great pool though a bit chilly for me, so I didn't swim. The rooms are fine - clean & comfortable. Everyone was very kind & helpful, especially the manager - Giampiero. Mostly I wanted to write this review so that others will benefit from an amazing activity that we wouldn't have done without his recommendation. We wanted to see the Blue Grotto & at first were going to do the usual. But he strongly urged us to take a private boat to the Grotto, which would also take us around the island. It wasn't cheap (200 Euros, plus tip), but you could fit several people on the beautiful boat (we had 4) and it was probably the most memorable time of our entire 2 wks. on the Amalfi Coast. I am so glad we splurged - it was totally worth it!! We felt like kings being taken on a leisurely trip around the island - with stops for swimming in amazing caves & tunnels (be prepared w/suits). You couldn't get that on the big tourist boats & we didn't see it in the guidebooks. He arranged everything; it was so easy. We weren't prepared for such an overwhelming beautiful & relaxing trip! I LOVED LOVED LOVED it & we wouldn't have done it if Giampiero hadn't rather forcefully encouraged us to do so. This is my huge Thank You to him!! He's also helpful in all ways - very kind and sweet. The hotel is lucky to have him as their ambassador. I recommend the hotel since it is both well located and quiet - with wonderful grounds. Not easy to find in busy Capri. "OTTIMO E COMODO" Recensito il 3 settembre 2013 Comodissima l'ubicazione di Villa San Felice, .Camere arredate con gusto ed una quiete indescrivibile regna in questo hotel.Un saluto particolare a Gianpiero ,molto disponibile ed attento ,Colazione eccellente ,ottima la crostata.. "Relaxing Place" Recensito il 31 agosto 2013 The front desk staff at this place is amazing, especially Giampiero the Hotel Manager. He makes sure that you have whatever you want or need as soon as you walk in the door. The rest of the staff is equally as helpful, weather it be with directions to the sights or where to get a bight to eat. It is very close to all the shopping, yet just a step or two of the beaten track enough to make you feel secluded. They serve a very nice breakfast, and when it is time to check out they have a service to bring your bags down to the ferry if you came that way, and you can also purchase your ferry tickets from them as well and avoid the long lines down at the marina. All in all a wonderful place to stay and relax...a great value for your money. You can bet that if I ever get to go back this is where I will be staying again!! Per stare bene a Capri...." Recensito il 27 agosto 2013 Sono quasi trennt'anni che non passa un'estate senza un salto nell'isola dei sogni. Ogni volta è come la prima e c'è sempre un'occasione per tornarci. Dopo tanti soggiorni positivi, ma un pochino distanti dal centro e dalla funicolare, per l'ultimo weekend di vacanza ho voluto optare per il Villa San Felice. Una struttura dove tornerò sicuramente. In primo luogo perchè lo merita il personale. Dalla classe diplomatica di Giampiero in reception, all'ottimo servizio di ristorazione in piscina. Proprio la piscina è il pezzo pregiato della struttura. Si trascorre il tempo nella pace totale e coccolati dell'ottima cucina della chef (non potete non provare caprese e speghetti), rigorosamente freschissima e di qualità. Gli addetti alla piscina meritano un monumento. Altro distintivo di Villa San Felice è la posizione, che permette all'opsite di godersi la magia di Capri a 360 gradi: vicino alla funicolare, a due minuti dalla Piazzetta, ad un passo dalle vie dello shopping, dieci minuti dai Faraglioni, cinque dai Giardini di Augusto. Struttura grande, ospitale ed immersa nel verde. Forse ci sarebbe bisogno di maggiore chiarezza e trasparenza sulle camere che si prenotano direttamente sul sito del Sanfelice e presentate in 'offerta'. La mia, ad esempio, mi ha lasciato qualche rammarico. Posta sul lato giardino, con rumori che iniziavano di primo mattino e un bagno decisamnete non da quattro stelle (in Italia il problema delle 'stelle' è ormai logoro), con set di cortersia non all'altezza della qualità dei prodotti dell'Isola. Camera spaziosa e funzionale, ma dotata di un solo specchio. Avrei preferito non trovare questi difetti, ma sinceramente non ne faccio un dramma, il Villa San Felice non merita la stroncatura. Meglio però evitare certe differenze tra camere in offerta e camere a prezzo pieno. Resta un pò di amaro in bocca. Colazione nella norma e graditissima sorpresa del wifi gratis!!! Avviso per gli appassionati: la struttura è praticamente a due passi dalla taverna 'Anema e Core', dalla disco 'Number Two' e soprattutto dalla gelateria-gastronomia 'Buonocore', il top di Capri. Molto piacevole ed accogliente la hall e la sala Tv. DA TRIP ADVISOR
